The decor was stylish and bright, with vibrant colors that uplifted my spirits. It was also very accessible.
A mini fridge would be beneficial.

Everything was simply great. It was a wonderful base for rest, had really great time. The rooms were trendy and spotless, equipped with nice big windows and blackout curtains. The best part was the good view of the downtown. The staff was nice, they blew my mind. Location: the hotel was adjacent to many interesting restaurants and sights, the ferry and Yaletown, David Lam Park...

The rooms were well-appointed, very comfortable bed and bedding, separate shower, vanity with room for accessories. Staff was very courteous. Great location, 1/2 block from Canada Line train to airport. Got an upgrade to kingsize bed without asking.
Small fitness room, would have been ok except one piece of equipment wasn't working.

the welcome, the very friendly, helpful staff, the ambiance in the bar, the great bathroom, the equipments in the room, (CD player with CDs, I pod player....) all these things makes a stay so much easier, as we can feel a little "at home"!
no slippers in the room, a little dusty, specially on the dark wood furnitures,

We really enjoyed the complimentary bike rental offered by the hotel, which allowed us to explore Vancouver in a fun way. The kids and my nephew loved riding along the waterfront and checking out the vibrant local scene. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
My wife says that a bathroom fan would be great for families with children.

The location to downtown Vancouver. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and very eager to please. They made the stay very enjoyable. Having a car and driver was an added bonus to take us to a couple of venues. Thought room service meals were excellent as was food and service in the restaurant.
Thought the paintwork on some of the furnishings in the rooms could do with a touch up. CNBC and Bloomberg were not available on TV.

The hotel is located near the Canada Skytrain. The staff were super friendly, and the room was spacious. Great spot for groups who want to enjoy the city's nightlife.
We sometimes found the price a bit high for what you get. We didn't appreciate the nightly candy left on the bed, some local treats would have been better.

Lovely building and rooms on a higher level. Great and beautiful location, close to a stadium and eateries. Close to a theater and city walls while being in the very quiet area. Excellent restaurant, for both a top rate breakfast and dinner.
